Our 2019 Taranaki Fellows panel discussion will focus on the importance of culture – What it is, why it matters and how to define it.
Each year Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand recognises outstanding achievement and contribution to the profession of accountancy by awarding Fellowships to individual members. Join us for this breakfast panel discussion with four of our Taranaki Fellows who will share their experiences and insights on creating and shaping workplace culture.
Our facilitator for the event is Kylie Filbee-Cronin CA, Manager at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway. Kylie is keen to hear the panel’s thoughts on how they view the culture within their own organisations, and how this can be influenced by generational and technological changes.
