LEARN HOW TO:

  • Use your website and customer emails to clearly communicate how you will charge, what your quote includes - and most importantly - why this is the key to getting successfully paid in full
  • Customise payment terms and options to suit your type of trade business
  • Build a set of targeted exclusions to add to your quotes to confirm what is commonly out of scope for your trade
  • Build clearer communications in emails to your customers that save payment hassles down the track
  • Create a clear set of FAQs to display in emails and/or on your website that explain upfront how you work, what you will charge and what customers can expect
  • Improve your knowledge of the consumer and contracting laws that apply to your trade service
  • Enhance your confidence to discuss payment terms by linking back to the FAQs you have created

WORKSHOP FORMAT

This workshop will run as a 2-hour, three-part series. There will be 2-3 weeks between sessions with video content to watch in between, to:

  • allow you time to apply what has been learnt
  • get ready with your follow-up questions
  • gain maximum benefit to walk away with a professional and slick set of templates ready to use straight away

Registration is for the workshop as an entire three-part series.

  • 4 November 2020
  • 18 November 2020

This workshop is interactive. You will gain hands-on experience working through real content relevant to your trade.  At a minimum, you will walk away with a tailored template set of:

  • terms of trade for quotes and invoices
  • client emails
  • website FAQ wording
