The Wellbeing Conference 2021

The Taranaki Chamber of Commerce is delighted to present the Wellbeing Conference 2021.  This full-day conference will highlight the importance of health and wellbeing within the workplace.

With busy lifestyles, general health and wellbeing is often overlooked. Stress, poor diet and limited exercise can compound and lead to bigger issues.

The conference will focus on four key areas:

  • Mental Wellbeing
  • Financial Wellbeing
  • Physical/Nutritional Wellbeing
  • General Workplace Wellbeing

There will be a mix of key note speakers and expert panel discussions across these topics, with opportunity for Q&A and open discussion.

In conjunction with the above, we will run a Wellbeing Expo throughout the day. This will provide the opportunity for businesses to exhibit their products and services - promoting wellbeing in our region.

The Wellbeing Conference will provide tips and advice to fill your toolbox and assist in taking the first steps to living a healthier and happier lifestyle, for you, your team and workplace.

‘He aha te mea nui o te ao? Māku e kī atu, he tangata, he tangata, he tangata’
